American Memorial Park
This park is the site of two memorials that honor the American servicemen who died during the battle for Saipan.
Chalan Kanoa Invasion Beaches
Elements of the 2nd and 4th Marine Divisions stormed the beaches in 1944. A nearby memorial honors the U.S. Army's 27th Division, which also took part in the battle.
Isley Airfield
Once a base for American B29 bombers attacking Japan, the airfield is now Saipan's International Airport.
